After Relaxers, After rinsing relaxer and neutralizer from hair, towel dry.Apply Revitalizing Reconstructor. Cover head with plastic cap for 15-20 minutes. Heat Optional. Rinse thoroughly. Damaged Hair - Follow above directions, after first application has been on 15 minutes, re-apply another application without rinsing. Use two applications if necessary. For Bleaching, Blonding and Tinting - Shampoo lightly, rinse and towel dry. Apply Revitalizing Reconstructor. Proceed with bleaching, blonding or tinting, without rinsing away the conditioner.
